Coupons are great and free products even better but sometimes we have to figure out other simple ways to save on everyday things. This is why I'm loving the idea for making our own fabric softener sheets brought to us by Memphis Mommy! Now a bottle of softener can last us twice, maybe 3 times as long as before. Now that's smart saving!Making your own fabric softener sheets:
Take a towel, soak it in your fabric softener, ring it out and pour the excess back into the bottle, then let it dry before you throw it in the dryer w/your clothes. You can use this over and over! When the smell dies down or the clothes aren't as soft... just do it again! I used one of our free golf towels that has been laying around the house!
