Head to Sam's Club this Saturday, March 14th for a Free Health Screening.
From 11 AM-3 PM at all locations with a pharmacy, both members and the public can "Spring into Action".
The screening is valued at $150 and includes tests for:
-Blood pressure
-Total cholesterol
-HDL (good cholesterol)
-Risk ratio
-Glucose
-Body mass index (BMI)
-Vision (not available at all locations)
