Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain is delicious, thank you MyBlogSpark!

I received a fun package from MyBlogSpark.  Check out what I received above.  I was excited to try the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain.  As you can tell you can really see the whole grains!  

You are going to want to make sure to follow the directions on the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain package...

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease any size dark or nonstick cookie sheet.
2. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet.  Press to desired thickness.
3. Prebake dough 8 minutes.  
4. Spread with 1/2 cup pizza sauce.  Top with cooked meat, cheese, or any other topping you like.  
5. Bake 6 to 10 more minutes until the crust is a deep golden brown.
6. Cool, cut and enjoy!

We liked that the crust was crisp and the whole grain crust had more of a texture than other crusts we have had.  It also added a deeper flavor to the pizza.  We will definitely be getting this again.  Not only is it delicious but it is better for you!

I was lucky enough to receive the Raggedy Ann doll for review.  I grew up with a love for Raggedy Ann and Andy.  My sister and I used to have a garbage bin in our room with them on it and it has remained in our family since...now in my sister's apartment!  When I got my doll, I was surprised at just how soft and cuddly it was!  The durability and craftsmanship are superb...as you would only expect from the Aurora toyline!  I can't wait to share this doll with my daughter now.  I love sharing favorite memories with my children so that they can make new memories of their own!  Aurora has recreated a classic that will inspire children and their imaginations for years to come!

Have you seen these super comfortable thongs?  I recently was given the opportunity to review some OOFOS OOriginal Thongs.  I had the choice between the OOriginal Thongs or OOahh Slide.  I chose the thongs because I outwear my flipflops every year!   I have to be honest and say that when I saw them I was a little skeptical.  They look kinda clunky.  BUT...I put them on my feet and fell in love!  The OOfoam is the difference in these ultra-comfortable thongs!  It is comfortable, flexible, lightweight, machine washable, durable and absorbs impact.  OOFOS are available in Men's and Women's sizes.  I have been wearing mine around the house and to go pick up the kids from school...I LOVE them!  You can order them online here.

What a fun DVD to share with your family!  I like that this 45 minute DVD is fun for the whole family.  My niece enjoyed the "car" and watching them race around.  We enjoyed that there are little problem solving situations and good messages throughout the five episodes.

I was able to review a very cute and well made costume from the Star Wars movies.  My sister mentioned that they were going to be throwing a Star Wars costume party around Halloween so I told her to pick out a cute costume for my niece! It is great, the material is soft yet will be warm if it is cool outside.  I personally really like the heat piece.  Since she is only one she is going to be a perfect Yoda, now mom and dad just need to find costumes!  They will be checking out http://www.wholesalestarwarscostumes.com/ because there are adult costumes too!  I personally think they should both be Jedi's but they are still deciding.  I might have to pick up the Yoda pet costume!  The prices are very reasonable and they come in a pretty timely manner, I would assume that earlier you order the better though because you don't want to be worried about delivery around Halloween.

Domino's Chicken and Bacon Carbonara Artisan Pizza Review

On April 5, Domino’s Pizza launched a unique national campaign that light-heartedly demonstrates the confidence they have in their four Artisan Pizza recipes. It’s the latest “Oh Yes We Did,” that ultimately focuses on the word “no” – for the benefit of the consumer!

While they encourage customers to continue to make their own creations when it comes to the 34 million different ways to make any of the other Domino’s pizzas, they’re confident their customers will love the perfect balance of ingredients featured on our Artisan pizzas so they’re saying no to additions or substitutions on their four Artisan pizzas (though they’re happy to work with people with food allergies for their safety).

If you haven't tried Domino's Artisan Pizzas, you don't know what you're missing!  They are all SO good!  They just introduced the NEW Chicken and Bacon Carbonara Artisan Pizza and I had the opportunity to give it a try.  It was very good.  The perfect amount of flavor with it's blend of marinara and alfredo sauce, grilled chicken breasts, bacon, cheese, diced tomatoes, and a dash of oregano.  My favorite treat was biting into the big chunks of tomatoes.  My husband and I both enjoyed the flavor during our sampling and it left us wanting more.  This is a must try on a busy night and perfectly feeds two people!

Dougie in Disguise Review

I watched this DVD with my niece, she loved Tim the Dog, she is a big animal fan.  I thought the DVD was cute as well.  Dougie sure does check out a lot of roles that he can play.  I liked that some were definitely things he could do when he grows up but others were funny like being a Toadstool.
This is certainly a DVD that you will have fun watching with your family.

This is in my top five of my favorite VeggieTales DVDs.  I already like Robin Hood and I like the twist of fundraising from the rich because stealing really is never a good thing.  Robin's friends certainly learn a lesson. Robin does too!  VeggieTales always entertain and send a positive and learning filled message.  I also like all the music that is incorporated into the shows.  

A long time ago, in the faraway town of Bethlingham, roved a band of merry men led by the fearless Robin Good.  Their mission: to help people by fundraising from the rich and giving to the poor!  But when a greedy Prince starts stealing the townspeople's hams, donations are down and Robin's friends take off and decide to give robbing from the rich a try.  Feeling rejected, Robin thinks things can't get any worse, until he finds out that the ham-hoarding Prince has also captured his friends.  Can Robin overcome his own hurt, rescue his friends and restore the townspeople;s hope?  Find out in this fun Veggie story where kids learn that there's no hurt too big for God!

This is probably my favorite Dr. Seuss show.  I love the message of conservation and how you really learn that the environment is important.  (I am looking forward to the full feature film now!)

Boboli Pizza: Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe Review

So, yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday.  We were excited to cheer on the New England Patriots, but, alas, it was to no avail.  Even though there was a loss, we had fun eating and enjoying the game with great company!  We went to my parent's house and we were each to bring something to share.  We chose to bring over the ingredients to make a pizza!  We had a fun "Mexican" themed party and so we brought over all the ingredients to make a Chicken Fajita Pizza!  I was sent a sample of Boboli crust to use in this recipe.

Ingredients

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 5-oz. pkg. Boboli® Pizza Sauce
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. dried cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. each red, yellow and orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. Colby Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Heat a skillet to medium and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté peppers and onions until tender, about 2 minutes. Remove the vegetables and add the chicken breast pieces. Sauté until light brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Spread pizza sauce on crust and top with chicken, vegetables and cheese. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

This was DELICIOUS!  Next time I plan on making this on the grill.  There are tons of recipes for custom pizzas that will suit your tastes on the Boboli website.  The man behind the recipes, Chef Mark, knows how hard it is to please a whole family of picky eaters, he has a set of 7 year old twins!  My children did try this pizza, but next time I will more than likely do two different pizzas as they weren't too thrilled with chicken on their pizza.  Anything out of the ordinary and it's a fight to get them to gobble it up.  My six year old did eat one whole piece, though, and said she enjoyed it.

Have you heard of Chase Away the Sun?  With four kids we have had tons of problems with the sun coming into the car and getting into the kid's eyes.  I recently got this awesome Chase Away the Sun product to review.  It was easy to set up with velcro that attaches to the headrests in the front seats.  We put it up and adjusted our mirror, so that we could see over it, and we were set!   It's very effective in keeping the sun out of my children's eyes.  No more unexpected screaming on our car rides as we travel.  We used it on our ride to Minnesota and it worked perfectly.  I got the dinosaur pattern as my sons are dinosaur nuts...they were so excited.  It even made for some unexpected game play!  They went through and "counted" the dinosaurs, picked out their favorites, and played shout out where they each shouted out a different color they saw on the dinosaurs.  There are many different patterns to choose from as well as a couple different sizes to accomodate your vehicle needs.

Hawaiian Brand Snacks=delicious!!!

I received some delicious Hawaiian Chips to review!

The Luau BBQ are Sweet & Spicy.  The first bite you might think "oh these are a little sweet" but then the light spice sneaks in.  They are very good, you can see flecks of paprika! 

Wasabi-these have a bit of  kick!  They have a good flavor though.  We enjoyed them with a “snack dinner”.  We were watching movies and had snacks, my husband really liked these-I was lucky to get any!

My favorite are the Sweet Maui Onion Rings my husband was lucky to get any of these! J   They really are sweet and oniony.  They are light too!  I was impressed that they were a nice sized ring and all pretty uniform.

We love Peanuts: Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Pigpen although Lucy and her advice booth are my favorite!  I love her no nonsense solutions.  
This is certainly a DVD that your whole family will enjoy, you will love it because you grew up with the Peanuts gang and your kiddos will love it because it truly is a treat to watch.  My niece loves animals so every time Snoopy came on she would say "dah, dah" that is how she refers to our dog, so cute.

Gorton's Grilled Lemon Pepper Filets Review PLUS Printable Coupon

Recently I was given a coupon in which I could use to review a Gorton's product.  I have been trying to eat a little healthier, so I chose to purchase the Gorton's Grilled Filets.  There are five flavors total, but my store only had the lemon pepper flavor, so I chose that one.
This product came with two filets in the package.  My husband is on second shift now, so I like to make quick dinners for me and the kids.  My kids are not big fish eaters, so I made this one night when my children had a sleepover at grandma and grandpa's house.  It was very tasty.  I liked that each filet only had 90 calories.  This is a great way to eat healthy without sacrificing the taste.  These filets are also all natural!  I ate one and saved the other for my husband's meal when he got home from work.  He liked the flaky texture.  He made the comment how he felt it was something that could have well been from a restaurant.  The quality was superb!  I was worried it would be slimy, but it was perfectly textured and not overseasoned as I have found some brands to be!  I will definitely buy these again...I would love to try some of the other flavors.

I have to admit I love the DVDs that have multiple episode of different shows!  The entertainment is always changing and it makes it easier of you have more than one child because if it is not something one wants to watch the next show may be for them!

I think the Barney episode is my favorite.  Barney just has a way to guide the children and characters he interacts with.  He tells them that what they are doing is maybe not the best thing but shows and tells Rusty how he can be a great Big Brother.  He is always positive yet reinforces good manners and interactions.  All the episodes are fun, my second favorite is Roary the Racing Car.
